I have $70 to spend. Hotas 4 for EVE or DiRT??

I plan on having both eventually. I do not have a wheel set up and have been playing Driveclub with motion control on the DS4. I am really having a blast with Driveclub but know that DiRT is supposed to be better. I am also having great time playing EVE and have actually been doing really well. So what do you all think? Is it a better idea to get a new peripheral for a game I enjoy or high quality version of a game type I enjoy?
