Something Inside the Streamer Building

WD2

I was trying to finish up collecting all the money and ended up at the Streamer building. As far as I know there's no way inside and I don't remember going there in the main story. Using nethack I can see some big object inside of it. Is that new or have I just never noticed it.

Also: how do I get the money from the roof.
