WTB NMD 1st rep pair

Newb here. I'd like to buy a pair of NMD and have a few Qs. People here have recommended Muk as the best place for them. What is the benefit of $99 over a cheaper pair from another place? Or could someone recommend a less expensive place to get me started? http://muks-store.com/adidas-nomad-boost-nmd-s79161-collegiate-navy-p-73330.html
