Regarding the French Army DLC

Has there been any official statement by DICE about how the weapons from the DLC are going to be distributed? If not, how do you guys think they will be made available? Will you have to buy them with warbonds, will you simply just unlock them for owning the DLC, or will you have to complete some type of achievement to unlock it?
