What got you into Fire Emblem?

I've seen a few posts asking what the first FE game you played was, and so forth. That said, I think it'd be a bit interesting to see what caused people to become interested in the game itself, because even before you bought your first FE game, there had to be some reason you did so.

Personally, I don't think I would have ever gotten into the Fire Emblem series if the Ambassador Program hadn't included Sacred Stones. After playing through Sacred Stones, I fell in love with the series, and picked up Awakening when I could, a game with furthered my love for the series and in turn caused me to go back some of the older games.
