Bronze player problems

I need help in bronze. I play on Ps4 and sometimes there is only 1 other player on the team communicating.Sometimes there is no communication, so I always lose, and I can't even que with my friends because there SR is to high. I asked 1 of my friends that is top 500 what can I do when there is no team communication but he told me that even he didn't know what to do since he had never been in bronze. So can someone please tell me what I should do.
