Can anyone help me find this adapter?

Hey y'all! I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but everyone here has been such a help in the past, I figure I'd ask. I'm in need of finding a part to mod into my build. I need help finding a TF to USB adapter: http://img.dxcdn.com/productimages/sku_101441_3.jpg

Some of you might have heard about Dr. Moddnstine on YouTube getting an old 3.5 floppy to read SD cards ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8IZcP0oP0OU ). I myself, have reversed engineered it and got a working model. http://i.imgur.com/BymHMF2.jpg

Except once you eject the floppy, it won't read it again. This is due to a power switch that activates the SD card. http://i.imgur.com/duJbwZC.jpg

Unfortunately, just about EVERY SD card reader has this switch. But the old Trans Flash (TF) has the same protocols as SD and has an adapter that runs power off of USB itself.

Basically I going to be soldering wires onto the connections of the SD card and running them to another spot in the case, while the USB will just go into a USB to 4-pin adapter on my mobo. I need to find THIS adapter. I can't use a regular USB to SD stick as it has a power switch that messes with the wiring I'm doing. I've checked everyone from Newegg to TigerDirect. Not even a single listing on eBay! If anyone can give me a link to where I can buy one that's available, I'd really appreciate it. Please and thank you. :)
