Freezing on PC

Has anyone encountered the game freezing for a few seconds randomly on PC? Has not been an issue until last patch. I have reinstalled the game on both SSD and HDD, played at lowest and highest settings, and monitored CPU and GPU spikes and neither have solved the issue Thanks!
