[TOMT][BOOK] The protagonist is an assassin who uses the name Windowmaker

I'm sure I've read a book with an assassin who uses the name Windowmaker because of a printing error and they were too cheap to get their business cards reprinted or Widowmaker was taken or something. I think the assassin was a woman and they had a home in Canada, but I could be conflating things.
