New climber, wrist pain on right side. Hasn't improved with few days rest. Any tips/stretches?

I'm relatively new to climbing (started last summer). I only gym climb and mostly boulder but just started lead climbing. A few months ago when I started going to the gym more regularly (4 x a week) my right wrist started feeling in a lot of pain. Not really while I'm just sitting there but if you were to twist your wrist to face outwards away from your body there is quite a bit of pain in the wrist and a little on my forearm.

Is this from climbing too much too quickly? Is this something that can be relieved by stretching? I was not very physically active before climbing and I'm pretty tiny in stature so it could be something to do with this.

Any help is appreciated! I want to get better in time for outdoor climbing! I have never been before but I'm close to the gorge so I really want to go this season.
