Abra is now bouncing all over the screen

It also happened with the Chinchou (I think) I caught. I was waiting at a lure for gen 2s when I decided to get the Abra. As if they aren't hard enough to catch with the flee rate, he was now bouncing all over the screen! I still caught him, but I was surprised by his new movement. I wasn't in AR.
