Eliminate loading screen from lake view manor?

similar concept to the open cities mod, is there one that makes lake view manor 'open'? such that the door just opens and I can walk in? Im impatient.

If no such thing exists, also feel free to let me know so I can stop wasting time searching through google.

Thanks!
