Question about Anteiku and the CCG

After the Anteiku raid, does the CCG know that all of the anteiku staff were ghouls? (I've just reached chapter 60 of Tokyo Ghoul:re, so I've probably missed that. pls no spoilerinos). Do they know that Touka, Nishiki, Yomo, etc, are ghouls?

Edit: Typo, shouldn't post stuff at 3 am.
