Some question on healer end game

Hi i just came back after left this game since the final coil. And now i just started whole new account due to account lost... so i am trying to catch up with the patch right now. My questions are

1. In the end game content which healer is fun to play, reliable and worth to build around at the moment? I'm SCH main but want to try out the new healer as well so I wonder how good they are. Like how the high party prefer the duo healer set up?

2. I'm from Masamune but will start entirely on Tonberry is there any LS that I could join?

3. Any suggestion for long gone player? Like what to rush for end game, thing that are new and important also any tips you guys want to share !
