Move and Stat Changes?

So I evolved an Eevee and got a Flareon. But I noticed that it had Fire Spin (15) which I was not aware was in the game; I also noticed that the Fireblast move it got had been upped from 100 to 140.

Looking at my Vaporeons, Aqua Tail was changed to 3 bars and 50 attack, Water Pulse was changed to 2 bars and 70 attack, and Hydro Pump was upped to 130 attack.

Does anybody have a more complete list of all the move changes that have occurred and if possible, which movesets are now the best?
