[Question] Which gen 2 Pokémon should I focus on catching?

I am currently nearly out of balls since I spent all of them on the valentines event. I just have 4 ultra balls left, and I want to only spend it catching important things until I get more balls this weekend. What are some of the rarer Pokémon that I should care about catching?
