Racking my brain over this.. why me. Anyway, let's talk.

Long story short, girl I like is also my friend's sister. He's cool with me taking her out. Her and I eye fuck anytime we see each other. My buddy's gf told me that when she and his sister talked, she expressed that she's attracted to me months/years back but was a afraid I wouldn't reciprocate. Turns out now that I know everything seems lined up perfectly right? Only issue is, she has a bf at the moment, I need to vent and discuss.

We were all at the bar recently and her and I were still staring and trying to talk. I was a little more apprehensive since her bf was there.. I didn't want to step on toes but you get that feeling.

I'm debating telling her how I feel but idk if it's a good idea right now... talk to me.
