Hall of fame set is a step in the right direction. I would have pushed a little bit more far

Discussion

One of the biggest issue in hearthstone, in my opinion, was the difficulty of creating new archetype, because of the high presence of staple cards. That is cards that even if not completely OP, they are borderline too good to found an easy substitution. I wrote a couple of threads some times ago that were not very appreciated, it seems.

I am happy to see that I got the same idea as team 5,though. I think they are moving in the right direction. What I think it would have been a further step forward is to substitute these cards with other cards that did not see too much play in the past, but have interesting or niche mechanics that can improve deck building. Something like gormork the impaler, or I dont know, the legendary shradder?

Moreover I would put much more cards (at least one per class) in the hall of fame, and substitute it with an equivalent good card from the expansions that are rotating out.

In any case, good job team 5. The changes are very welcome!
