[NA][RP-PVP] The Black Circle

We are forming a new RP/PVP server and looking for founding members as we continue to grow. We are looking for community involvement in developing server rules. To make it easier - work on a website is in-progress. Administration team consists of 5 active admins (NA and EU time zones), including an experienced mod maker to improve quality of life (first finished mod we'll hold voting on is available in the workshop, an interface extension to allow object's unlocking/locking, making public places like taverns possible and encouraged).

Current server rules are pretty simple and are open for suggestions: Avoid excessive OOC in global chat;

No KOS, unless you have a strong reason for it

Offline raiding is forbidden; with website creation, declaration of war will be made through forums and given 12 hours for a response before raiding is allowed.

Diplomacy between clans is encouraged.

For the sake of challenge, standard server rules are used. Right now server size is 40 slots, but can and will be expanded as needed. For now, access to the server is public. An application system will be implemented in the future, but for now we're going to be keeping a sharp eye out for the trolls. As our population grows, we're planning server wide events to develop a strong sense of community. We invite you to come alone or bring your friends, and look forward to seeing your story take shape!
