i7-7700k / GTX 1080 liquid cooled ITX build
###Build Help/Ready:
Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)
Yes
What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.
This is sort of a future proofed enthusiast build. I've wanted to build a high end PC for a long time and this is a reward for getting a new job. The PC will be used for gaming and software development. I also wanted the smaller form factor of an ITX build since I live in a fairly small apartment in a city.
If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, framerate, game settings)
4k would be nice but it isn't a huge goal for me. Mainly I'd like to be able to play the Witcher 3 on ultra with no hiccups.
What is your budget (ballpark is okay)? about $2000 to $2400.
In what country are you purchasing your parts?
United States.
Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

Any advice on major mistakes I've made in picking parts would be appreciated. I believe I want to keep the liquid cooler on the CPU but I realize things might get tight with the GPU radiator if I choose the hybrid cooler, so if anyone has any experience with air cooled 1080's in a small form factor I'd like to hear from you. If I take out the hybrid cooler, I'd probably get EVGA's new icx cooler and put in another 140mm fan. Also if anyone knows when this motherboard would be available for purchase, I'd like to know that as well. I was considering a gigabyte board, but I heard some things about how it downclocks your CPU, and I like the warranty from EVGA.
