Tolerance Between 1P LSD and Al LAD when taken with 1 week in between?

I posted something related a day ago but I've decided I'm definitely planning on tripping tomorrow night. I wanted to verify first, however, that my tolerance from last week wont carry over in any discernible way. I took 200ug of 1P-LSD at 10:00 last Saturday night, and will be taking 300 ug of AL-LAD at 10:00 tomorrow night. Will there be any sort of diminishing effect after this time?
