Question about uploading videos

Lets say I were to reupload another persons music, but I were to have it private, so no-one could see it, except for myself. Would there be a penalty for this?

I'm asking because a bot on discord me and my friends have show music titles, and having a giant title isn't too convinient for the bot to be saying, so I figured if I reuploaded the videos with a butchered name, but made them private. no-one gets hurt.

When the bot plays a song, it doesn't count as a view, it just rips the audio file from the webpage and plays it, so it playing a song doesn't affect views or any statistics toward the source video
