Team killing

i just got team killed in 3 different games, all on purpose (aim and shoot) PLEASE FIX THIS. BAN THESE PLAYERS, i've been thinking about it alot because on PS4 it happens alot, 2 team kills in 24 hours is a 24 hour ban, after those 24 hours you have 24 hours to NOT teamkill ANYONE if you do, 3 day ban after the 3 days you have 3 day to not team kill ANYONE after that 7 days, 2 weeks, 1 month, 6 months and finally permanent ban, it is so annoying to get team killed multiple times a day, especially now with the servers on PS4 going down alot, the people who team kill ruin the game, Ubisoft has a golden product and would be 1 of the best games on the market if only the would fix this stuff, Sorry i just had to say this to get it of my chest, Have a great day
