Fatal error

Error Win10 x64, AMD FX 6300 6 Core 3.5GHz, 8GB ram. The past few days, I have noticed while playing there are white bars flashing at the bottom of the screen and some slow down. It crashed yesterday with the "not responding" window, then today i got the error window. Not entirely sure what to do. Any help is appreciated.
