What are good places to buy clothes in Nyc?

Hey guys! I am traveling to nyc this week from Argentina and looking into buying some nice clothes. Dont want to break the bank. I was looking into uniqlo, gap, f21, hym, superdry, american eagle, etc. But maybe it would be better getting deals on places like ross or burlington. What do you recommend for getting nice designer clothes of good quality without spending too much?
