does anyone have any advice about this class (also with this professor)?

2/4 quizzes we have this semester went by after today and i don't think i did well. the way i've been studying has just been doing the practice problems in the book. i really don't wanna bomb the exams the same way i've been doing with the past quizzes. any advice is greatly appreciated
