Can't make it to the interview weekend. Bad sign?

I was invited for an onsite interview at UC San Diego on Feb 24. However, my visa (international student) was forwarded for additional processing (cause "Bioinformatics" is on Technology Alert List) and looks like I won't receive it before the interview (already 3 weeks gone). I have asked for a Skype interview instead and they said they can try to arrange.

Is it going to hurt my selection? Sucks bad, IMO. Any ideas?

EDIT: Thank you everyone. I feel much better now. I would focus on interviews now and stop worrying about it like an idiot. :)
