[Help] - Some Questions About An ArchViz Program

Hey everyone!

Let me preface this with a little information about myself. My name is Jordan and I'm a 25 year old entrepreneur who just recently opened his own furniture store. I'm looking for a tool that can in the future help my interior designers/decorators show clients away from the home area what my product will look like in their houses.

I would like a tool that is a very simple builder (place walls at custom lengths, windows, floor types, etc) that is user friendly and not in the editor. As well as 3d models for my products. My main question here is what kind of money am I looking at if I hire someone to create this tool for me? Also, how simple would the base program (adding walls, floors, windows, doors, etc) be to do by myself?
