Am I just stupid or are the Valentines camo and charm glitched

So I just hopped on for fun to warm up before my girlfriend and I play siege together and I just finished the Valentines challenges. I went to go put them on my weapons and I can't find either one of them. I'm on PS4 so if anyone can tell me if I'm just stupid or if there's actually something wrong, that'd be helpful. I really want this stuff
