I think I might have messed up my first confession so bad I invalidated it... [NSFW]

I saw this today

And I think maybe I did an invalid confession because I had a huge section of things about sex, but like, after listing some, I figured it was implied (ex: "sex" implies natural and unnatural, "viewing porn" implies also masturbating to it, stuff like that.) And I listed plenty of stuff of that nature, just not every single thing because of those more general ways of saying it.

I was also just super flustered and stuff; I didn't think in my head like "i'm going to hide my sins from the priest", it was just my first confession and I didn't know how in-depth I needed to be and I was really stressed and already had messed up a bunch and I didn't do some, but I knew I wasn't being as specific as I could have been, but I feel like he probably got the general impression that I'd done a LOT of stuff in that realm 'cuz I did list a lot of stuff.

But if it was invalid, I have to confess every single thing again? And I took communion sacrilegiously? And was in a state of sin for my confirmation? I committed sacrilege against the Sacrament of Reconciliation??
