How do I stop lying?!?!?!

Alright I'm going to make this extremely short. So pretty much ever since I remember I have been lying to people. I lie to my closest friends, family, teachers etc. and I don't know why I do it, it's like there's some urge that comes over me that just makes me lie whenever I open my mouth, half the time I'm just suuuuuper overexaderating a story or something to make it more interesting. Lying to me has pretty much become a habit, how can I stop? Any help is appreciated thanks in advance
