Standard Deviation?

How would I solve a problem like this? Several sample observations will be obtained of paint-drying times. The average drying time may be assumed to be normally distributed with a mean of 5 hours and a standard deviation of 0.39.

Find the probability that the average drying time will lie between 3 and 4 hours

is there a formula I forgot?
