[Question] Whenever i smoke my heart and left side hurts.

Heya folks, like the title said whenever i smoke (primarily geevs) im high for like 20 minutes and then for like five hours my lungs burn and my heart feels like it is 1000 degrees and my left arm goes numb. This goes away after that time and doesnt happen unless i smoke. I am not overweight or unhealthy or anything, and as far as I know my heart is healthy and im not dying normally.

Should i stop alltogether? I like smoking and id prefer not to stop but it feels like im gonna die every time, especially after the regular effects go away. Thanks pals,
