I'll be laid off before I get a chance to ask out a barista in my building. What's the best way to approach her after being laid off?

My entire team has been laid off with only a couple days notice and tomorrow is my last day, but I've been meaning to ask out a barista in my building that doesn't work tomorrow. She works at my boss' last surviving business and the interest is mutual so I've been meaning to ask her out for a while. I'm Thinking about just going in sometime next week to quickly ask her out, since I don't want to waste time hanging around my former employer. What do you guys think?
