Just started exploring, need to know what is worth scanning.

I've seen a few guides, but most are a few patches old. When im out theres hitting unexplored areas, what celestial bodies are worth my time? I know things like Earth-like planets, Water worlds, Gas giants, high metal content, neutron stars, white dwarves and black holes are good for exploration points, but now with things like ruins to be found, should I look at everything that I can land on just in case or will you still be able to tell whats worth it from the system screen? Thanks for your time.
