help us become better investors and savers

We're DINKs, age 34, combined income of about 200k. Govt jobs with defined benefit pension plans. Suffer from paralysis when it comes to finances, have about 60k sitting in checking account to deploy.

~70k in student line of credit @ 2.7%, about 520k mortgage at 2.05% variable, with 26 yrs left (Toronto). Abysmal RRSP savings at about 20k. No other savings or debt. Total debt obligations are about 2600 per month.

This summary makes us seem like idiots but we have decent equity in our house at 300k-400k thanks to a hefty down payment and the insane Toronto real estate market. Also keep in mind the previously mentioned DB pension plans which we've contributed for 9 yrs for her, 8 yrs for me.

Do we pay down debt, invest in RRSP/TFSA (if so which one), and/or save for a rainy day fund?
