Flashlight brightness reduction input and Windyfire order help

Hello all. I come seeking input.

First off - flashlights. Everybody who's played HvZ knows flashlights are essential, yet you really don't want them being shined in peoples eyes. Aside from spending a stupid amount of money on flashlights that come with a red diffusion filter, does anybody know of a good red film to put over your light? Around 6 years ago I used some red cellophane and it worked decently, but definitely could've been better. Second - Windyfire's website. I uh, just placed an order. Went through the processes. Clicked on payment options.. and then it brought me to order complete. Like, I didn't pay anything. So obviously it's not going to ship. Dafuq do I go about paying on this sketch ass site? Also on checkout they list their $1.9 batteries as $8.. but at the end the price is correct.. however looking at my order, they're once again jacked up way more than they should be. I'm confused. Has anybody actually dealt with them?
