Need help with BSOD's on a Dell XPS 15

In the last couple days I've had multiple BSOD's for multiple reasons like CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED to KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR and many others. I did a complete wipe of the SSD in my laptop and reinstalled windows fresh but I'm still getting the occasional BSOD. When I run diagnostics through the BIOS everything passes just fine. Nothing points towards software error and nothing points toward hardware error so I don't know where to go from here.
