Watching silver players vs playing against them.

I'm in S5 right now, and I don't play ranked that often. However, when I do, they just seem so equal and they know what their doing. The enemy team is always better than my team, all that bullshit. But when I watch silver players rather than play against them. They just look so bad. Like they have no idea what they are doing. Or worse, is watching streamers who play against the occasional diamond player, and those diamond players just look worse than the silver players I play against. Can someone tell me how the fuck this works? Does it have to do with the fact that I main jungle rather than being in an actual lane? Or are there just bad players spread across every Elo?
