Share your night time camera settings

I have about 7 Hikvision Bullet Cameras (model DS-2CD2042WD-I) and I am pretty happy with the quality during the day. However, during the night time, I feel that they are not up to par and its probably due to settings or lack there of.

Any tips or tricks with specific settings to improve quality or clarity at all? While I know these shots are terrible by any means, just curious if there is a "have you tried this setting" that improves what I already have.

My backyard camera, middle photo is at the high peak on my back roof. Due to its height and the lack of IR width, its more of a spotlight which kinda sucks. Wish I had more coverage but short of getting an IR flood light, not sure if I can do anything about that.
