[Help]Need some opinions on where to go from here, box inside

I have been kind of bored lately with my current teams and I would like some outside input on what teams to run. Ideally I would like some advice for the best arena 1-3 and a button teams. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

Here is my box and here are my current teams

Edit: just realized my Imgur albums are backwards. Sorry about that, I'm on mobile!
