Recommendations for endometriosis sufferer

Hi there,

I have endometriosis with really, really bad cramps during my period. Through experimentation I've realised that tampons actually make my cramps worse. It feels like the rigidity of the tampon inside me irritates everything that's going on.

I'd really like to try a menstrual cup, and I've read that different brands use different softness of materials, but I haven't been able to identify specifically which the softer ones are.

I'm 33, never pregnant, low-medium flow, and very active yoga practitioner, so from what I've read I think the smaller cup sizes are going to suit me.

Any recommendations much appreciated! (And I need to be able to ship to Australia!!)
