LPT: If life seems to be passing you by, meditate.
I feel like I don't make any new memories because life is going so fast, partly because I'm so busy worrying about what I need to do, what's coming next in my busy diary.
Take ten minutes a day to just sit, absent distractions, and breathe deeply, slowly. It seems to slow down life for me and, coupled with bringing yourself into the moment, life will travel at a pace that allows me to remember things, to experience life again, rather than just get caught up in the freight train of modern day life. If you type in "guided meditation" on YouTube there are several good videos that you can listen to, just before bed is when it works best for me, but you might choose to listen while in the bath or when you wake up.
Try it and see, and check or r/meditation for more on the benefits.
