[LW2] Best Strategic Option? Advice Needed Please

Playing LW 2 v1.1 on Win 10. Early game (April/May) with some Laser and no armour.

Sorry if I am overthinking it, but I am trying to learn how to optimize strategies. I currently have 3 Operations in a Region at Advent Strength 3, I am unsure as to the order in which I should do them:

HQ Assault - currently at V Heavy at 170% infiltration

Counter Dark Event (Hidden) - at 40% boosted infiltration with 2 Days left for 100%

just revealed:

Supply Raid - 7 Days to expiration. I can scrape together a 6-7 member B/C Team to send out

I understand that after I (hopefully) beat the HQ Assault, all ongoing missions in the region will expire, but will be set at Advent Strength 1. So even if I don't care about the other rewards of the Counter Dark Event mission, I need to do it to prevent the Dark Event [?] (otherwise I would rather Abort the mission to free up troops for Supply Raid).

Scenario 1

My initial impulse was to use my B/C squad to start infiltrate Supply Raid, then wait 2 days to get 100% infiltration on the Counter Dark Event. Then Launch the HQ Assault before doing Counter Dark Event and Supply Raid. Presumably this would make the the Supply Raid and Counter Dark Event missions easier since it will be Advent Strength 1. However, with the Supply Raid only partially infiltrated (~30%), I'm not sure my B/C Team can handle all the extra enemies, regardless.

Scenario 2

I launch after 2 days for 100% infiltration on the Counter Dark Event. Then take that squad (supplemented by additional soldiers from barracks) for a 8-10 soldiers squad to infiltrate the Supply Raid. Launch the HQ Assault at 200% infiltration and then Launch the Supply Raid.

Since this is my first campaign, I was anxious that my logic was flawed or I was misunderstanding some of the game mechanics.

In scenario 2, what are the pros and cons for Launching the Supply Raid BEFORE the HQ Assault? I've scene xwynns' strategy of running Supply Raids at 0% infiltration to maximise corpses.
