I'm not a Subscriber (I'm Preferred) but Hide Head is toggled when I haven't bought it and I think so is Unify Colors. Does anyone know a fix?

Title. It so far seems to only effect my Bounty Hunter Powertech. Should I just try a support ticket or is this an issue that has come up before that I can fix myself? Thanks.
