Orgasms and opiates

So i know its a common issue that when you take opiates its more difficult to orgasm. Does anyone else miss orgasms? Or is just me? Do you have any tricks to get off when under the influence or do you just do without? I'm curious if there's a way around this. I often dont have time to do my business before its late at night, and by that time ive already dosed and im in nod nod land.
