What exactly is it about FIFA that causes there to be so much BS?

I don't get it. Year after year it's the same thing. I skipped 3 years of FIFA, and just like that I'm back damn near wanting to pull my hair out at all the nonsense.

Tackle after interception after tackle after interception going back to opponent. Players taking random heavy touches. Players tripping over each other. Players falling over. The ball passing through your defenders body like a ghost. Etc, etc, etc x 10. What the hell is this?
