Starting salary for Phil Batteries Inc/Ramcor/Motolite??

I heard they give 27.5k plus allowance for fresh grads of mech. engineering?? I just cant believe its this high talo pa multinational companies. Any ideas what your are expected to do here with that big of a salary with no experience. Anyone who had their first job here with the same starting salary?
