Possible migration with launch of Gen 2?

I live close enough to Three Lakes Park to see one of the stops on nearby, and ever since Gen 2 came out this evening I'm seeing Seels and many Diglets. Haven't ever seen them there before, and especially not several at once, but I won't be able to visit until the weekend to check in person. Did we get a nest migration with the new release?
