Seriously, though, we are cool, normal, respectful and responsible guys in our mid-30s looking for a like-minded male or female roommate in their mid-twenties to mid-thirties.

We don't bring the party home and you shouldn't either! Overnight guests are okay as long as they aren't a live in BF/GF. We enjoy a quiet peaceful living atmosphere!

The Specifics: 3BR/1BA 25th and Clement $1200 per month $1400 deposit March 1st move in date Month to Month lease and Utilities are approximately $75 per person including the fastest internet available and maid service every two weeks. I'm scheduling showings this week Sunday evening. The room is a pretty good size with a closet and window and is big enough for the usual setup. Plenty of storage space downstairs with a huge backyard and downstairs patio area. The location is close to a lot of great restaurants and plenty of grocery shopping, coffee shops, and Walgreens etc etc all within walking distance. Laundromat on same block, and only 4 blocks to Golden Gate Park. Close to all major bus lines right at the corner of Geary with easy street parking available.
